Secretary Report

Last meeting was held on December 12, 2010.  Meeting minutes were discussed and approved.

Treasurer’s Report

LeRoy passed out the following reports and they were discussed.  A voided $50 check is
explained in the Year-To-Year Balances summary:

Old Business

1. Tasty  Tidbits  (winter/spring  small-group  show,  generally  a  dinner  theater  or  hors
d’oeuvres/drinks).    We  are  in  need  of  a  volunteer  director  for  this  show.    Rhonda
has  looked  through  several  books  and  scripts.    Carol  will  take  them  home  to  look
through.    Discussed  possible  venue:  Viking  Hall,  Outlet  Mall,  St.  Petri,  Community
Center, High School.

2. Whistle  blower/  harassment  possible  policy.    Discussed  briefly  with  new  officers.    The
purpose
place if a problem occur.

3. Veronica reported
call
and
requires assistance with set building. It was suggested that Duane Fournier may be
agreeable to assist with the set or sound.

New Business

1. Iowa Community Theater Association requests annual membership renewal.  Discussed
it

2. Discussed the possibility of implementing a Casting Contract for actors (co-signed by
Parents/Guardians for minors) to help ensure a better understanding of expectations
and
Judge had many wonderful volunteers assist with the last show, however there were
a few members in the production who would not help outside their role on stage and
there were a few parents unwilling to help.  Cathy is aware of a similar contract the
High School uses and will procure a copy for review.
