Treasurer’s Report

We received a refund for Willy Wonka Royalties.  The refund is included in the total as
summarized on LeRoy’s report.

Old Business

1. Whistle blower/ harassment possible policy.  Tabled for later discussion.

2. Discussed  Contract  for  actors  and  how  to  require  and  get  actors  to  paint/
set

5. Theater  Troupe  overhead  and  expenses.    Discussed  theater  costs  and  costs  of  doing

7. Veronica reported
a good turn-out of 28 people.  We had many talented people try out and casting
was difficult as there are only 11 main characters.  There are also 5 people in the
chorus.

New Business

1. Fundraising.  Discussed possible summer variety show with free will offering and
possible food stand(s).  Possible kid summer acting camp – possibly a few hours
each evening ending the week with a show.

4. Possibly Cathy/Rhonda or Veronica/Danny may do the Scandinavian Days 2012 musical.
This
considered.  The Troupe would like to decide on a 2012 show before June 1st so we

can announce it at the 2011 show.  Preferably we will make a decision before the
2011 show programs are printed so that we can announce the 2012 show in the
2011 program.
